Why so many covid cases despite vaccination?

Chinese food in the US and China

Dialogue on my Facebook page about somebody who can't wait to go to China to taste genuine Chinese food as opposed to PF Chang's. The authentic version of Chinese food, in Steve's opinion, has great sauce tastes (especially Sichuan) and veggies (Chinese eggplant and Chinese broccoli), but I find many things the Chinese like, such as chicken feet, sea urchin, gristle, and even supposed delicacies such as abalone, to be anywhere from unappetizing to disgusting. In China, I stick as much as possible to noodle dishes, white meat chicken (not always available), and stuff such as eggplant with garlic sauce and sauted string beans. The rice is also great. My Chinese hosts are typically kind enough to ask me to order. Sorry if anyone is offended by my primitive tastes.

China’s idea of the rule of law
