 

#  Two words in Chinese that don't exist in English

 Also on a bit of a lighter note this morning, I am continuing my Chinese lessons listening to my podcasts. Hope to start rewatching Chinese movie DVD's soon.

 Here are 2 interesting words in Chinese that we don't have in English. One of them I knew already, which is that there is a separate verb for to believe and to believe mistakenly. I have now however in one of my lessons just learned a second difference, which is that there are two different verbs for a reason when the explanation is a matter of objective fact, and a reason that others might not accept and you need to justify.

 Any amateur cultural experts want to venture explanations for these linguistic differences?
